MOUNTAIN LAKES VACATION RENTALS
Once you have chosen a house please review our terms.
Once you have reviewed and agree to our terms you are ready to make a reservation

Reservation Policies:
To confirm a reservation 1/2 the total rental fee must be paid in advance.
If the reservation is for less than one month in advance we require full payment at the time the reservation is made.
You must be paid in full and we must receive a signed copy of the terms prior to getting keys for the house.
For late arrivals paid in full and we have the signed terms, we can leave keys in a pick-up box in front of our office.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than three weeks in advance you will receive a full refund less a “reservation fee” of $55 to $150 depending upon the house. If you cancel less than three weeks but before the day arrival is scheduled 1/2 of the total rental fee is forfeited in addition to the “reservation fee”. The day arrival is scheduled the entire amount becomes due and payable. If the house is re-rented you receive credit for the pro-rated rent less the “reservation fee”.  TERMS.

A. On-Line Reservations:  Go to our on-line search page or to the web page for the house you want.
At the bottom of the house description you will see "Check availability and/or reserve this house on-line."
Click on that link and you will be taken to the On-Line reservation page for that house.
You will see an availability calendar for the house you selected along with a picture and description.

Select "Next" on the right hand calendar until the dates you want appear. Verify that the dates you want are available. Click on your desired arrival date. A new page will then appear, click on your desired departure date. A new page then appears with your requested dates in yellow. Above the calendar is a link that says "CLICK HERE TO RESERVE THIS UNIT". Follow this to the Reservation Page. Be sure you have read and agree to the terms & pet policy.

NOTE: When making a reservation on-line, most houses have a minimum number of days and only specific check-in days allowed . If the house you want is shown as available but the computer will not let you make a reservation, call the office. In some circumstances (especially off season) we can waive some of these requirements.

Once you submit this application form you will receive an acknowledgement via e-mail. The next business day our office will bill your credit card and process the reservation. You will then be sent a confirmation via e-mail and a "hard" copy via US mail along with directions to our office. When you arrive you must check-in at our office where you will make any final payment due and receive keys and directions to the house.
