1. Contact our office. Our reservation desk is open 9-5 M, T, Th, F and 10-5 Sat. Call us (800-610-0020) with your dates and rental requirements and let our staff help. Or you can fax us at 864-972-0911. Or e-mail us by completing the CONTACT FORM.

Below is an explanation of how to use the on-line search:
Click on your desired arrival date. A new page will then appear, click on your desired departure date.
NOTE: If you dates are flexible you can skip the date selection for a complete list.

If you want to restrict the search to a particular lake choose "TYPE" (Lake Hartwell, Lake Keowee)
If you want to restrict the search to a particular state choose "COMPLEX" (Georgia, South Carolina)
If you want to restrict the search to a particular area choose "LOCATION" (North or South of Interstate 85)
Enter the minimum number of bedrooms and the minimum number of people the house must accommodate.
All our houses are "Non Smoking"

You may then further restrict the search by selecting up to 4 amenities. The more you restrict the search, the less houses will be displayed. If you don't find what you want, try broadening your search or call the office at 800-610-0020.

Pet OK w/EXTRA$: House accepts some pets. You must register and pay extra for pets. See pet policy and call the office.
Convenient 2 CU: Convenient to Clemson University. Mileage is usually given in the description.
Open Lake View: Lake view from the house is better than average. Fully or mostly open view.
Covered Dock: Covered slip available for your boat. Docks that are covered but the owners boat is in the slip are not included.
Fireplace: Wood burning or Gas Log.
EZ for elderly: At least one bedroom is on the same floor as the kitchen, living, and dining areas. However it may have steps entering the house.
Private Setting: More private than average.
Hot Tub: Hot tubs are refilled for each guest, therefore they may not be up to temperature upon arrival. Please allow 24 hours.
King Bed(s): One or more King Size beds.
Screened Porch: Check house description.
Large Dine Room: Suitable for a large family meal such as Thanksgiving or Christmas.
Cable or Sat TV: At least one TV is hooked up to Satellite or Cable. There may be others in the house not so connected.
Sandy Swim Area: At "normal" water levels there is a swim area with a sandy bottom and gentle slope.
Lawn for Games: Large nearly level yard or nearby area suitable for yard games and/or picnics.
LOT w/EZ Grade: Generally gentle slope from the house to the lake.
High Speed WEB: High speed internet is available, either wired or wireless. Computer generally NOT provided.
Near Park/Beach: Convenient (15 minutes or less) to a State, Local, or Corps Park or Recreation Area. Many of these parks have designated swim beaches. See description.
POOL Available: This house includes the use of a swimming pool either in the community or at the house (Seasonally)
Romantic: If you are looking for a romantic get-a-way, these are the ones we suggest you consider.
Game Room: Game room available at house or in community MAY have pool table, ping-pong, foose ball, or other (Check property description).
Golf Community: Public Golf Course in the community or near by. Fees are NOT included in the rental unless otherwise specified.
