3. VERIFY YOUR SELECTION: Each house has its own page with a description and pictures. From any of these lists click on the house number to go to the page for that house. Near the bottom of each house page is a 6 month availability calendar for that house. A red x indicates that the house is already taken for that date.

4. PRICES: Prices are normally shown on each house web page for a Week, 5 Nights, and Weekends (3 Nights). If your date or length of stay is not shown E-Mail us at mlake@mtnlakes.com, or use the CONTACT FORM, or call 800-610-0020, or Fax us at 864-972-0911.

6. MAKE A RESERVATION:
A. ON-LINE: Follow the link at the top right of the house calendar to the on-line reservation form for that house.
NOTE: When making a reservation on-line, most houses have a minimum number of days and only specific check-in days allowed . If the house you want is shown as available but the computer will not let you make a reservation, call the office. In some circumstances (especially off season) we can waive some of these requirements.

When you submit this application form you may request an acknowledgement via e-mail. The next business day our office will bill your credit card and process the reservation. You will then be sent a confirmation via e-mail and a "hard" copy via US mail along with directions to our office. When you arrive you must check-in at our office where you will make any final payment due and receive keys and directions to the house.

If you are not already sure which house you want, let us know your situation (Number of people, Ages, Special Needs, What you want in a house, Location, Amenities, etc). We will do our best to match you with YOUR perfect vacation home. Unlike individuals whose goal is to rent you their house, our staff is dedicated to finding the right house for YOU.

PLEASE NOTE: Unless otherwise specified all the homes we represent have the following features: Lake Front, Private Dock, Washer/Dryer, Central Heat & Air Conditioning, TV, Grill, Microwave. Smoking is not permitted inside any of the houses and pets are not permitted on the premises except in certain houses and then only if specifically approved by Mountain Lakes. All homes are privately owned and used frequently by the owner, they are fully furnished and well equipped. Homes are rented primarily for summer family vacations but are available at any time of the year. PRICES SHOWN are all inclusive 2010 Summer Prices and include all fees and taxes There are no other charges except Pet Fees if you bring a pet. A tip of $3 per bag is required if you leave trash for the maid to take. SU7 = A Full Summer Week SU5 = 5 Summer Nights SU3 = 3 Summer Nights
