940 A - Reed Creek Sandals - 4 bedroom 3 bath 2600 sqft house built in 1996 sleeps up to 13 in: 2 King Beds, a Queen, a Bunk Bed with a single and a Full, and 2 Full Sleeper Sofas. The main floor has a great room with a comfortable living area, masonry fireplace, large kitchen, and dining area. The lower level is complete in itself with a wet bar, refrigerator, microwave, and living / dining area with fireplace. Electronics include Cable TV with TVs on both levels, a DVD player, 47" flat screen TV with Blu-Ray DVD surround sound system, and DSL Internet connection. Pool Table, 4 person Paddle Boat. The kitchen is fully equipped including: microwave, dishwasher, and icemaker. A charcoal grill is provided. Relax on the swing or swim off the shaded dock (Owners boat stays in the slip but there is plenty of room for your boat on the outside). In the Reed Creek area and convenient to Crawford's Ferry Ramp. Less than 20 minutes to downtown Hartwell, GA or Hartwell Marina. All homes are privately owned and used frequently by the owner, they are fully furnished and well equipped. Homes are rented primarily for summer family vacations but are available at any time of the year. PRICES SHOWN are all inclusive 2010 Summer Prices and include all fees and taxes There are no other charges except Pet Fees if you bring a pet.
