It stands alone at the end of a cul-de-sac with no other house in sight yet it is very close to the boat ramp and the T60 Grill. The extra large Great Room and multiple seating areas make this house a good choice for Scrap Booking, Sewing Parties, or Executive Retreats as well as family vacations. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, also there is a gas grill, Satellite TV, DVD, High speed Internet, and several board games. An RV Hookup is located adjacent to the driveway. An extra wide board walk leads down to the lake where a canoe is available for you to use. The dock is in deep water with a good sandy bottom swimming area and is shaded. The owners boat stays in the slip. You have plenty of room to tie up on the outside. Electricity is available at the dock and an intercom system lets you keep in touch with the house. All homes are privately owned and used frequently by the owner, they are fully furnished and well equipped. Homes are rented primarily for summer family vacations but are available at any time of the year.
