435K - Foxwood Point Retreat - This lake home is a great place for a family vacation. It is 5 bedrooms (plus two additional sleeping areas), 3 baths, 3400sqft, and will sleep up to 18 people. For the adults there is a screen porch, 2 fireplaces, lots of deck space, a good view, and an assortment of exercise equipment. For the kids there is a large sandy beach swim area. Relax, cookout on the gas grill or select one of the books from the den/library. Also included are: TV, VCR, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator icemaker, central heat and air, and all the other modern conveniences. Your rental includes a pass to the Foxwood Hills community indoor and outdoor pools, plus tennis courts and large playground area. The Foxwood Hills golf course is less than 5 minutes and the Chickasaw Point golf course is less than 10 minutes. Within walking distance to 431K  this home would make a great place for a family reunion or a retreat. Smoking is not permitted inside any of the houses and pets are not permitted on the premises except in certain houses and then only if specifically approved by Mountain Lakes. All homes are privately owned and used frequently by the owner, they are fully furnished and well equipped. Homes are rented primarily for summer family vacations but are available at any time of the year.
PRICES: Sales & Accommodations Taxes of 7% -11% and a Reservation/Cleaning fee of $55 - $200 will be added.
