This house is in a private setting with cozy front and back porches, good views, lots of woods and plenty of parking. Crawford's Ferry launch ramp and courtesy dock is less than a mile. Downtown Hartwell, Georgia is about 10 miles and features several good restaurants and a mix of modern shopping areas and quaint country stores. Milltown Campground (Site of Lake Hartwell's annual "Spring Fever Regatta") is about 5 miles. Northeast Georgia Council's Boy Scout Camp "Camp Rotary" is about 1 mile. Hartwell Marina (Site of the annual Hartwell Antique Boat Festival) is about 10 miles.

All homes are privately owned and used frequently by the owner, they are fully furnished and well equipped. Homes are rented primarily for summer family vacations but are available at any time of the year. PRICES: Sales & Accommodations Taxes of 7% -11% and a Reservation/Cleaning fee of $55 - $200 will be added.
