2735D - Foxwood Funtime Resort - This 3 bedroom and 2 bath 1615 sq ft lake home built in 2000 features a large stone fireplace, and sleeps 8 in 2 Queens and 2 Singles plus a Full Futon in the Loft. If you want to pack a lot of fun into your family get-a-way, then this house is for you. This vacation home is located in Foxwood Hills Resort which includes access to a swimming pool (indoor or outdoor depending on the season), newly resurfaced tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, play ground, game room, exercise room, and a restaurant / lounge. Two golf courses are nearby: the Foxwood Hills 9 hole course and the 18 hole "Trails of Chickasaw" featuring newly refurbished greens. The house itself features: several table games, a dart board, Wireless High Speed Internet Access (Bring your own laptop), and a 32' TV with Dish Network and DVD/VCR player. A second TV upstairs is available to hook up your video games. Lake Hartwell is right in front of the house and just across the dead end street. An improved walkway leads to the shoreline where you can beach your boat (No Dock), sit and relax, or swim in the lake. A charcoal grill is provided. Foxwood Hills - Guests renting one of the Lake Hartwell vacation rental homes in Foxwood Hills are entitled to use the community amenities which include: Swim Pool (Indoor or Olympic Outdoor depending on the season), Tennis Courts, Basketball Court, Game Room, Exercise Room, and Private Lounge. Foxwood Hills also includes a public restaurant and a 9 hole public Golf Course. An additional public18 hole Golf Course (Chickasaw Point) is only minutes away.

PLEASE NOTE: Unless otherwise specified all the homes we represent have the following features: Lake Front, Private Dock, Washer/Dryer, Central Heat & Air Conditioning, TV, Grill, Microwave, Phone. Smoking is not permitted inside any of the houses and pets are not permitted on the premises except in certain houses and then only if specifically approved by Mountain Lakes. All homes are privately owned and used frequently by the owner, they are fully furnished and well equipped. Homes are rented primarily for summer family vacations but are available at any time of the year.
PRICES: Sales & Accommodations Taxes of 7% -11% and a Reservation/Cleaning fee of $55 - $175 will be added.
