This new, 2700 Sq Ft, 3 Bedroom, 3-1/2 Bath home on Lake Cherokee (also known as Lake Isaquenna) sleeps 10 in 3 Queens plus 2 Singles (Trundle), and a Double sleeper sofa in the lower floor recreation area. The main floor consists of a Great Room (With living area, dining area, and a well equipped kitchen) plus a walk out screened porch and the master bedroom with its own bath (With both Tub & Shower). A large LCD flat panel TV hangs over the wood burning fireplace. The lower floor recreation area includes a combination pool / Ping-Pong table, its own TV, a small bookshelf with board games and a walkout deck. This home features DSS Satellite TV, several DVD players, XBox, and HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET (Bring you own computer). Free domestic Long Distance Phone. A gas grill is provided. SORRY, guest boats of any kind are NOT allowed on this private lake. The owner furnishes two canoes and a double sit-on-top kayak for your use during your stay.
