The large master suite is on the main floor (The large master bathroom features a whirlpool tub) and the other three bedrooms are on the lower level along with a large den (Playroom) and a sauna. It is located on a large, very private lot and features a wood burning fireplace, two decks, and a level back yard for games. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, also there is a gas grill. Satellite TV and a VCR. The two car garage and large concrete drive provide plenty of area for parking. Swim at the neighborhood pool or swim off the dock. The dock is in a good swimming area and is shaded. The owners boat normally stays in the slip. You have plenty of room to tie up on the outside.
