176 B - Dock of the Bay - This 3300 Square Foot 3 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath lake home was built in 2003 and sleeps 8-10. The large master suite is on the main floor (The large master bathroom features a whirlpool tub) and the other three bedrooms are on the lower level along with a large den. The den features a big screen TV, Ping-Pong/Pool Table combo, dart board, a mini-refrigerator, and a sauna. It is located on a large, very private lot and features a wood burning fireplace, two decks, and a level back yard for games. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, also there is a gas grill. Satellite TV and a VCR. The two car garage and large concrete drive provide plenty of area for parking. Swim at the neighborhood pool or swim off the dock. The dock is in a good swimming area and is shaded. The owners boat normally stays in the slip. You have plenty of room to tie up on the outside.  Lake Hartwell State park is less than a mile, the Chickasaw Point golf course is about 7 minutes and the T-60 Grill is also about 7 minutes.

Smoking is not permitted inside any of the houses and pets are not permitted on the premises except in certain houses and then only if specifically approved by Mountain Lakes. All homes are privately owned and used frequently by the owner, they are fully furnished and well equipped. Homes are rented primarily for summer family vacations but are available at any time of the year.
PRICES: Sales & Accommodations Taxes of 7% -11% and a Reservation/Cleaning fee of $55 - $200 will be added.
