This 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 1600 SqFt A-Frame lake cabin was built in 1975 on a huge level point lot with a panoramic lake view. The main bedroom on the main floor has a Queen bed. The second bedroom is a loft divided by curtains and has 2 Doubles and 4 singles. The nearly level "Park Like" lot is great for yard games or just sitting by the fire pit. Relax in the lawn furniture on the deck and enjoy the lake view. An easy grade leads to the shaded dock with swim ladder (The dock is shaded but the owner's boats stays in the covered slip and on one side of the dock. The swim side is available for your use.) After you are off the lake or on rainy days there is a big screen TV with DVD. The large back porch faces the lake and is complete with a charcoal grill. Now with Wireless DSL Internet.

At full pool, Lake Hartwell has over 956 miles of shoreline and 56,000 acres of water providing a myriad of recreational opportunities for your get-a-way.
PLEASE NOTE: Unless otherwise specified all the homes we represent have the following features: Lake Front, Private Dock, Washer/Dryer, Central Heat & Air Conditioning, TV, Grill, Microwave. Smoking is not permitted inside any of the houses and pets are not permitted on the premises except in certain houses and then only if specifically approved by Mountain Lakes. All homes are privately owned and used frequently by the owner, they are fully furnished and well equipped. Homes are rented primarily for summer family vacations but are available at any time of the year.
